Local scrap prices in the European Union (EU) in November this year increased by 4.23-5.36 percent compared to the previous month, according to indexes issued by the European Steel Association (EUROFER).

Meanwhile, decreases in the range of 4.47-5.24 percent were recorded on year-on-year basis, smaller than the year-on-year decreases seen in the first half of the current year.
