Load Beams

Columns

Columns vary in size and design depending on load requirements and styles. Holes or slots are punched up and down the column at standard intervals during manufacturing. The load beams can be mounted into the columns forming a basic stock unit for loads. 

Pallets support bars

Pallet supports are usually roll-formed channels that are placed front to back between the load beams to increase their capacity, which can make pallet racks safer and easier to use by creating extra support and surface area for inventory.

Wire decking

 Wire decking enables racking systems to be more durable, versatile, and safe.

Row spacers

Row spacers are sometimes used totie two back-to-back uprights together to keep them straight, giving more strength and steadiness to the system. 

Wall ties

Wall ties, acting like row spacers, can be used for further support by bolting a single row of pallet racking to a solid wall for safety concerns. The higher the height-to-depth ratio of your pallet rack frames is, the less stable they are.
